The Passaic County Federation of Democratic Women is a countywide organization committed to supporting women in public life, strengthening civic participation, and building a more engaged Democratic community in every corner of Passaic County.
Inspired by the statewide New Jersey Federation of Democratic Women model, this new county chapter is designed to bring together women from across Passaic County for networking, activism, education, and political engagement at the local, county, and state levels.
We create space for women to connect, collaborate, and build lasting relationships that strengthen Democratic organizing throughout Passaic County.
We encourage women to lead in their communities, serve on boards and committees, run for office, and shape the future of public policy.
We help activate voters, support civic participation, and build a stronger Democratic presence across the county through meaningful action.
We envision a Passaic County where women are informed, connected, represented, and fully engaged in shaping the decisions that impact their neighborhoods, schools, families, and futures.
Our mission is to unite and promote Democratic women in Passaic County while encouraging full participation in the Democratic Party structure and in civic life across our communities.
We want to identify, mentor, and elevate women leaders from every age group and every municipality throughout Passaic County.
We support issues that impact women, families, neighborhoods, access, representation, and quality of life throughout the county.
We promote voter awareness, registration, turnout, and participation in local, county, state, and national elections.
We connect residents and Democratic women from urban, suburban, and borough communities into one strong countywide network.
The organization is built to reach Democratic women across all 16 municipalities in Passaic County and create opportunities for local connection and countywide impact.
